Describe your role: My role is to provide strategic and tactical leadership for the enterprise application business unit, grow the business and deliver client success, and lead teams to successfully deliver. The projects our team works on are related to building business tools and driving automation in the healthcare space. On a daily basis, my responsibilities include working on leads, managing the healthcare portfolio to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction, providing leadership and spot coaching, researching innovation, and collaborating with other Camber leaders on process optimization, logistics, and leadership.
Where are you located? I currently live in Deland, Florida and plan to stay there until my last kid graduates high school.
Where did you study? I have a triple major BS in Finance, Marketing, and International Business Operations from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. I am also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
What do you like best about working at Camber? When I was a client of Camber’s, I was introduced to Camber by my senior leadership. Camber always put their best foot forward to nurture a personal business relationship. Camber catered to the client’s needs, provided sound advice, and developed products that delivered on the business outcome and user experience. After seeing this success over 5 years, I had a desire to join Camber to be part of the success and help grow the business.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I love watching sunsets in Cali, Clearwater FL, and even on the back side of Florida’s east coast beaches. My favorite sunset to date was in Santorini, Greece.
Favorite Camber moment: It is series of moments related to our Slack channel (#Camber) where team members respond to a fun personal question. It is endearing to learn more about each individual and participate in bonding experiences in our remote world.
What are you passionate about? I am passionate about providing servant leadership, planning for successful product delivery, and collaborating on innovation.
What types of projects did you work on before finding Camber? I am proud of leading the team and digital workplace products for one of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S. As the Director of Enterprise Development, I led the agile (scrum) planning, design, development, and implementation of the intranet (for 100,000+ team members), physician portal (8,000+ providers), SharePoint platform, Microsoft Power App environment, over 100 custom .net applications, employee mobile app, and Covid-19 suite of applications that delivered the response and recovery tactics.
