‍Describe your role: I am a Product Manager (PM) at Camber leading our top clients to success by establishing product roadmaps and delivering successful products in a timely manner within budget. I guide the team through project sprints ensuring projects are progressing on the right track. I have over 20 years of experience leading technology initiatives for Fortune 100 companies in the insurance and financial services industries. Recently, my focus has been on leading teams that deliver products and services in the data management space.

Where are you located?: I live in Newmarket, NH.

Where did you study?: I have a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.

What attracted you to Camber?: I was drawn to Camber Creative because of the culture, the organization’s principles, and the most friendly and welcoming hiring process I have ever experienced!

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I own a Computer Services franchise business.

Favorite Camber moment: After only having been at the company for a short time, I loved getting a personal Happy Birthday from the CEO and everyone else on the team.

What are you passionate about? I am passionate about learning as much as possible about the world around me, historical preservation, and animal welfare.

What types of projects did you work on before finding Camber? Prior to joining the Camber team, I led an enterprise Data Catalog initiative at a Fortune 100 company, including the automation of cataloging their data lake and implementing data access controls. I also implemented a text analytics tool for the Claims department of a Top 5 insurance carrier. This helped them gain insights about customer sentiment and common customer issues by automatically analyzing millions of notes in their Claims systems.

What do you like to do for fun? I like to dance, play the Djembe (hand drum), and attend rock concerts, musicals, and comedy shows.
